This Privacy Policy for personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that Lecasa (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) can receive from the Internet User (hereinafter referred to as the User) while using the Site located on the Internet at https: / /lecasa.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site). Using the Site means unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing its personal information specified therein. 4. Final provisions
a. If the User decides to provide the Operator with any information (any data), the User undertakes to provide only reliable and up-to-date information and does not have the right to mislead the Operator with regard to his identity, to report false or inaccurate information about himself.

b. The operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.

c. The processing of personal data is carried out upon achievement of the processing goals or in case of loss of the need to achieve these goals, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

d. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without notifying the User and other participants in the Site. The new edition of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
